MODELO LTD was founded by Nikos Papanikolaou, as a Private Limited Company, in Gotze Delchev, Bulgaria, in March 2004. The founder’s passion for clothing, which resulted in him constantly seeking ways of becoming competitive in the field, made the company a leading manufacturer and distributor of ready-made and custom-made garments (all type of women’s and men’s clothing and sportswear) in a very short time.

From August 2010, the company has been relocated to the village of Koprivlen, municipality of Hadzhidimovo, on a private area of 1.600 sq.m., on modern, well- equipped premises, in order to provide the best possible product and meet the needs of its employees.

MODELO LTD employs 120 people, in the units of production, administration and services. The company’s highly-skilled team includes creative designers, production managers, technicians, quality control experts and manufacturing specialists. At the same time, we collaborate with more than 30 companies-subcontractors all over Europe. This way the company ensures the availability of a great selection of ready-made garments for international markets and is able to respond fast to orders of any size. We serve a variety of clients, from international labels to independent fashion designers and small sized businesses.

In year 2014, seeing and following the vast changes in the fashion and textiles industry, the company grew even more, adding to the customer service a complete new department offering printing services and designs, capturing the need of clothing creations and customer’s demands. And that’s how our company, OFFSETER was born. Since 2021, OFFSETER company deals exclusively with digital printing on fabrics.

Prioritizing perfection, we carefully examine every detail, in order to ensure that its fabrics and  garments meet international quality standards and are delivered at each client in perfect condition. We offer a complete solution for all of your needs. From the fabric purchase, to printing it, to designing the prototype sample, making the pattern, adding the accessories, trimmings, sampling and sewing in our square meters factory in Bulgaria.

OUR FACILITIES – FACTORY

MODELO and OFFSETER factory is located in the industrial area of Koprivlen, Bulgaria, in new private facilities, built in a total space of 1600 sq.m. It is supplied with state-of-the-art garment production and fabric printing equipment and produces printes fabrics, high quality women’s and men’s clothing as well as sportswear, matching every client’ s needs and expectations. Our factory, completed in 2010, gave the company the opportunity to succeed in one of its primary goals of bringing under one roof all of its operations. As a result, it managed to ensure excellent communication between all production and control units, excellent response time and the best possible quality control in all production stages. Each unit is designed to serve a specific purpose and in compliance with modern standards and with the need for safety and perfect working conditions for all employees.

Our factory includes: Separate space for designing the model patterns, so that productivity and uninterrupted inspiration of the designers/creators is ensured. A store for materials, which includes a great variety of fabrics and accessories. Materials are renewed regularly, so that they are in synch with the latest trends. Cutting out department, equipped with up-to-date cutting tools, providing all sort of cutting in-house. Sewing workshop, where new generation machines, presses and devices are located. A store for the ready-made products. Also a separate space for the large format printers, the washing, steaming and fixing machines of the fabrics.
